We all thought it was just a nickname that his parents had given him. I guess when he was born his parents didn't know what to name him. They went a couple of years waiting to name him. During that time they just called him Dude because he didn't have a name. After a couple years he answered to Dude and they decided just to make that his official name. I thought it was pretty funny that they named a little boy Dude. They didn't even give him a middle name. They just called him Dude and gave him their last name. It was pretty funny.
