Another couple had invited us over because of some things my friend had done for their family. When we got there the place was a disaster. I was so appalled that anyone would allow their home to get to that point. I know that sometimes a house just gets really messy and then you give up. I understand that concept of things. I just couldn't believe they would just allow their home to get like that. A home should be clean and comfortable in my opinion. They had a glass table that she said was hard to keep clean and I just thought that yes it is hard to keep clean when you don't clean it. I probably shouldn't be so judgmental about it though. I have my own flaws.
