Sandra Bullock's divorce could equal bye bye Sunny James

Jesse James has made a series of mistakes that may very well lead to a Sandra Bullock divorce. The reason it is a “Sandra Bullock divorce” is because the Mr. Might-be-Nazi-Sympathetic Motorcycle Guy isn’t worth all of the extra plastic letters at the bottom of the marquee. If he had short term installment loans for bad credit, he might be able to buy his own. Jesse James will probably lose more than Bullock in the nasty McGee/Nazi pictures scenario. According to Fox News, James’ former porn star ex Janine Lindemulder has filed to regain custody of her 6-year-old daughter Sunny, who has been in the custody of Bullock and James. A Sandra Bullock divorce could cause the court to look upon James with disdain, but Lindemulder has been living in a halfway house after being released from a tax evasion jail term, so it’s smiles all around for Sunny, right?

Sandra Bullock, divorce him and give Sunny a good home

The removal of a child from her biological parents isn’t ideal and frequently is not allowed by law, but remember: Justice is blind and selling pencils on the street corner with a dancing monkey. Sandra Bullock is responsible for providing Sunny with a stable home. She has the financial resources, and now she’ll own half of the Jesse James empire.

Gavel bangs, bongos play, and Jesse James heads off searching for payday installment loans.

Jesse James’ last stand

Unfortunately, within the real world, a convicted felon seems to be in the lead. Californian Family Law attorney Lisa Meyer told Fox that Lindemulder has “a strong case” now that Jesse James’ common sense has disintegrated.

“This definitely raises concerns about Jesse and just how all of this could impact his parenting — whether he was spending enough time with his daughter (throughout the apparent affair) and gives Janine a foot within the door to fight for custody,” Meyer said. “The court may appoint a minor counsel for the child, and the judge would have to take a second look and see what is going on under the surface.”

James looks “flaky” after this Sandra Bullock case said Meyer.

Gives Janine Lindermulder’s crime was just tax evasion. A lot of people argue that the IRS is even unconstitutional, but that is a story we will tell another day. Various people have stated Lindemulder is really a very good mom and James only asked for custody due to the fact Sandra Bullock and Sunny had already bonded, and Sandra want to be that mom. Bullock has a rep saying it is all “categorically false,” and Jesse James is keeping his mouth shut, which will probably be a good thing.

For all we know, he could claim his love for Idi Amin.
