Celebrate Doctors Day 2010 and stay away from the hospital

Even on Doctors Day, there are few professions made the butt as often for jokes as doctors. In spite of all the jokes, however, the 2010 edition of the 77-year-old honorary holiday is yet another reminder that doctors are an irreplaceable part of society that deserves our most utmost respect. Across the United States, March 30 has officially been Doctors’ Day since 1990, when Congress declared the holiday. Doctors' Day 2010, however, has also been dated all the way back to March 30, 1933. The Huffington Post says that that's when the wife of Dr. Charles Almond, Eudora Brown Almond, (based out of Winder, Georgia) began honoring physicians.

Give thanks to your doctor on Doctors Day 2010

Doctors Day 2010 is the best day to thank a doctor who improved or saved the life of yourself or a loved one. Despite the razzing jokes and the need for payday loans to pay their bills, it's a day to recognize that there are more telling insights on the noble profession. Doctors are crucial to the human race. As the Web site DoctorsDay.org puts it, Doctors Day 2010 is “a day to celebrate the contribution of physicians who serve our country by caring for its citizens.” On an everyday basis, doctors handle our well-being and take on the weight of that responsibility. Without them, the typical lifespan of human beings would be significantly shorter. Not needing quick payday loans to pay doctor bills is not a good trade-off.

Solutions to honor your doctor on Doctors Day 2010

At this point, cards sent in the mail won’t arrive on time, as Doctors Day 2010 is today, but even if it’s just a little late, the intention counts. Flowers like the red carnation – which is associated with the National Doctors Day Holiday – are certainly fitting. You can also get a squeezable stress ball or Rx chocolate bar, which are a few good ideas taken from the Huffington Post. E-mail is immediate, so signing up for a service like Jib Jab or one of a variety of free E-card services is a fantastic idea. If you are a doctor yourself, there’s a Doctors Day 2010 poster you might like, plus more fun Doctors Day stuff.

Pictures and Devon James join the mistress parade with Tiger Woods

On the “Bubba the Love Sponge” Florida radio program, Devon James, professional companion and porn star, FINALLY spilled all of the details of her two-and-one-half-year affair with Tiger Woods. If you were fortunate enough to be trawling for grease, you may have heard from the program on Radar Online that in 2006 Woods paid Devon James and another woman $ 2,000 for a “two-girl party.” Then there were the explicit texts, a la Tiger’s courtship of Joslyn James. CBS is on top of this mounting action, and makes people wonder whether or not women will be bursting out of the sand traps of Augusta National with even better and a lot more twisted Tiger tales.

Oh the things Devon James must have seen and done

It’s only right how the story of the victimized porn star and escort be told, if for no other reason than to create the steady income needed so that Devon James can apply for short term installment loans.

Could this really be a Tiger tale of consenting adults, one who has a lot of cash and wants a taut body, and the other by an addiction? That never is an excuse to whether or not Tiger is addicted to something – Women less attractive than his wife? Medication? Sex in General? – he should be feeling the firestorm of criticism. Any sympathy was killed off by her convenient times, whether or not Devon James’ situation was wrong.

Tears … will make typing … difficult

Devon James does deserve something for not immediately publishing her adventures with Tiger on a classy Web site. This is just flying by like a new Shakespearean sonnet for the enjoyment of the new generation – challenged – by Veronica Siwik Daniels, aka Joslyn James. It can be exciting to get frisky in public but the desire to expose it all publicly to prove that the relationship is “hot” speaks of frigid immaturity. Tiger apparently loves them Otter Pops, and he never needs bad credit installment loans to indulge. Fame keeps the fur flying.

Devon, you didn’t

Oh yes she did. The texts from Tiger Woods she received, according to CBS, are a guide book to all the slaps, chokes, and BDSM playacting that AAA forgot to say. It is also reported that Tiger liked additional than one caddy to help him out at a time. Who would ever have known that “very sexy and playful” woman like Devon James (words taken from her online service advertisement, says The Huffington Post) would be so great at fining the green.

Tiger will golf while mistresses try to cash in

That’s an entertainment profession path now – the cashing in part. Tell your sons and daughters to not take notes. Be a good parent and teach them well. Tiger told the Golf Channel’s Kelly Tilghman he was “living a lie” and was the only one responsible for the sex scandal. Devon James and her pictures are evidently just an innocent link within the chain. Tiger, that’s hogwash.

Beyonce pregnant confirmed is actually for her dad

"Beyoncé pregnant confirmed" is not something you should see on respectable news publications, says sources close to the superstar singer. It's only gossip, possibly wishful thinking on the part of Beyonce and Jay-Z fans, but certainly nothing malevolent. The truth is that Beyonce's father, 58-year-old Herman Knowles, is the one that's expecting – but not with Tina Knowles, Beyonce's mother. Their 30-year marriage ended in November 2009, when they filed for divorce. Fathering kids outside of wedlock is inclined to cause divorce, kids. Divorce tends to cause an inordinate need for payday loans. Learn well, young Padawan; the cash you conserve could be your own.

So Beyonce pregnant confirmed isn't actually confirmed, right?

But the truth never gets in the way of a good Internet rumor, does it? Buzzcrunch reports that "the singer recently got the great news and has decided to rest a bit," according to a source "close to the couple.” Again, sounds reasonable, except we know that “Beyoncé pregnant confirmed” has been shot down by her people. Matthew Knowles' love child was conceived during his marriage with Tina Knowles, and now his people are shooting for damage control. Beyoncé and Solange must be proud. If you are able to imagine them filming a commercial promoting the virtues of military personal loans, you likely are able to imagine them hanging out with baby mama Alexandra Wright, dishing men and having a grand old time.

What do you learn about Matthew Knowles' baby?

The Daily Inquirer says that DNA tests have proven paternity of Mr. Knowles. Nixon is the newborn's name, and the mother, Alexandra Wright, has been with Matthew Knowles for about 18 months now. Nixon is now officially the most famous living Nixon, leading former Major League outfielders Trot Nixon, Otis Nixon and Donnell Nixon by a wide margin. The other famous Nixon had his supporters, particularly at the Watergate Hotel. But he can no longer respond to press inquiries.

Is it possible to become happy

Very few of us seem happy today. So many seeming to be chasing one “thing” or another that we are made to think will make us happy. A lot of of us aren’t certain if there was any time in our lives where we were truly happy, other than the occasional momentary happiness that comes with a pleasant surprise. Momentary and fleeting happiness is not really happiness at all, it is an emotion more closely related to excitement than happiness. Given the apparent lack of happiness, the question before us is “Is it possible to be happy”?

Such a question is intriguing for various different reasons. It indicates a loss of direction and self confidence, two very important qualities on which true happiness depends. The question also indicates an awareness from the overwhelming prevalence of emotions that are something less than true happiness. Finally, simply asking the question betrays the true impetus behind the question. Of course happiness is possible; the real quandary is how to achieve it and why it seems so elusive

Happiness is the basic motivation behind human existence. If we are happy, then we are either fulfilled or working towards fulfillment. Fulfillment is the key to happiness. Unfortunately for humans but very fortunately for humanity, fulfillment means something different to each and every one from the billions of us on the planet.

A key to fulfillment is interpersonal relationships. The additional relationships we have, the better our chances at happiness. In our mad chasing of material dreams, we have forgotten how to even be civil to our neighbors. When was the last time you spoke to your neighbor with anything a lot more than a wave of your hand? There was a time not long ago, when a new neighbor moving in was an event that would cause existing neighbors to welcome the new member to the area. Now, we rarely know our neighbor’s names, and a new neighbor is just an opportunity to find out what homes within the area are selling for.

Through intensive marketing, the mass media has confused most of us as to what self fulfillment and happiness are. We have come to think that others’ desires must be our desires, when really they’re normally unrelated. We have confused our herd mentality, that of conforming to those around us, with the need to become just like all from the others around us. Our herd mentality allows us for making life easier in those areas that are not important to us. If style is not important to us, we look at what others are generally wearing for clues as to what to wear. We look to those around us to see how to act in public in various settings and situations. We get an idea from the “best” products to purchase by what others have purchased. The herd mentality should not dictate what we do or have, but simply make decision making easier for us in those areas of life that might not be so important as individuals. We need to get dressed before we go out ! for the day, so we generally wear what others are wearing in our vicinity. Within the west, men wear pants and a shirt. These things are readily available. Men do not have to hunt for them. Men who are not overly concerned with fashion can and should dispense with the expense of name brands if an equivalent alternative is available. However, if fashion is your passion, then buy that especially well-made, name brand item that is the latest in style. But buy it because the item speaks to you that it fits your fashion sense, is well made, and to you is truly worth the extra cash, not because you feel you need to become like the rest in the crowd of supposedly fashionable folks.

We have confused our “need to conform” into thinking we need to become exactly like those around us. This is where we need the confidence to go our own way when our desires dictate. We do not have to have the latest fashion trend. Living in a McMansion is not necessary. Spending money on a new auto every couple of years is contrary to what we know is in our best interests, and indeed the best interests in the planet. The associated stress with making the payments and knowing that with a little additional self confidence we could stay away from the extra expense ultimately makes us unhappy. The momentary excitement that we feel when we drive an costly new vehicle off in the dealer’s lot, which we mistake for happiness, ultimately can become a key component in our unhappiness. Yet, without some self confidence, we will put all of our efforts into keeping up with what we perceive everyone else to be doing, even though we know they’re not any ne! cessarily happy.

It is very evident that “stuff” does not make us happy. With all from the wealth that has been created within the last couple of decades, numerous people should be very happy. Wealthy people and rich countries seem to become the unhappiest. The poorest countries, as measured by per capita income, consistently are the happiest according towards the World Happiness Survey conducted by London School of Economics.

All we have to do to be happy is to listen to that little voice of reason that is constantly talking to us but being drowned out by the marketing din so pervasive today. Let your passions dictate additional of your life, do not let Madison Avenue decide for you. It is not practical for most of us to turn our passions into our career, but whatever your passion is, work at it a little every day, ignore all of the outside din telling us what we ought to do, be or buy. If happiness is not the norm, what is the point?

Buying a new car made easy

Purchasing a vehicle or auto buying can be an costly affair and some good research and proper calculation is required before choosing the vehicle you’ve always dreamt of.The looks of a vehicle can be the aspects which normally appeal to people today and in that, the excitement. They tend to neglect the performance aspects from the autos. However, the perfect vehicle would be the one that has a perfect balance of performance and appearance depending upon your needs and fuel budgets.

Your needs

Buying a vehicle will depend mostly on your requirements and needs. The type of vehicle you choose must completely suit your travel requirements.

For example: In case you are single and need to travel across long distances for work frequently, buying a six seater vehicle wouldn't make any practical sense. You could instead watch for a vehicle which gives you good mileage and fuel efficiency.

If you have a large family you cannot do with a mini cooper obviously. Hence the first thing you do is choose a vehicle that fulfills your needs.

Power and fuel performance

Power and fuel efficiency is very important factors and should always be closely considered while purchasing a auto. Why I am mentioning them together is because a good vehicle will give you a perfect balance between power and mileage? Both these factors go hand in hand. If you need a vehicle that can handle tough terrain as well as carrying a large load, you need to make certain that it is fuel efficient so you will not be left stuck on a mountain range or the side of the road with an empty fuel tank.

Concept

With numerous developments in automobile technology auto buying has literally become a race for the newest technology. A new and proclaimed fuel technology will give you an excellent mileage with the best of power. Other recent technologies make your engine sound free, which is a necessity for long journeys. They also make your smoke emissions low, and hence you need not worry of emission norms. Therefore you must surely go for vehicles with new technologies instead of high power 60's vehicle.

Perks

You'll need to look at several more things in a automobile other than looking at only the basic features. A good music system is one of them. You may think that you can even purchase a music system separately, but actually it will cost you almost twice to purchase it separately than buying it pre-installed within the vehicle. A good air conditioner will make your journey very comfortable. The good here means that it should use new technology and not eat a lot of fuel as well. The central locking security system will also come very handy to you during your everyday usage of your vehicle.

Price tag

The fact that it has been mentioned last by no means indicates that this factor is not important. In fact, it is the most important thing that you'll have to bear in mind when auto buying. A calculated spending budget will allow you to choose the best available possibilities. More importantly the spending budget must be realistic as well.

Randy Neugebauer calls Bart Stupak baby killer over health care bill

If he indeed reflects the will of his constituents, Republican Rep. Randy Neugebauer may be the poster child for why Texas should secede from the Union, in that it will keep people like Randy Neugebauer from public view. Neugebauer, who has since admitted to shouting “Baby killer!” before members of the House after the health care bill passed, was supposedly objecting to what he views as pro-abortion leanings in the bill. He is now a colleague in shouting nonsense just like Rep. Joe Wilson, who shouting “You lie!” at President Obama as he delivered a speech before Congress, Randy Neugebauer couldn’t compose himself and be a professional, working adult. He shouted at Rep. Bart Stupak the phrase “baby killer!” moniker after the Michigan Democrat voiced his support for the hea! lth care bill.

Neugebauer denies having directed it specifically at Stupak

Neugebauer apologized to his colleague within the House anyway. His justification for his remarks – the health care bill is “a baby killer” – may be his last-ditch effort to squeeze campaign dollars out of anti-abortion groups. Who knows – perhaps he was looking for some debt settlement relief ?

He Who Shouts Baby Killer may be steamed over receiving less than $ 3,000 from the anti-abortion gallery (dollar figure taken from a Center for Responsive Politics survey). OpenSecrets.org suggests that could send anti-abortion groups into check-writing action. Those against the current health care bill are certainly steamed. Former G.W. Bush speech writer David Frum says “It’s Waterloo all right: ours.” There’s a Fire Nancy Pelosi petition making it’s rounds, but they’re a day late and a dollar short to pull the plug on health care reform.

Who fattens He Who Shouts Baby Killer’s war chest?

According to OpenSecrets.org, “the National Auto Dealers Association, National Association of Home Builders, Quantum Energy Partners, National Beer Wholesalers Association and National Association of Realtors” are big Randy Neugebauer bankrollers. You know, in case you were curious.

Is this the sort of thing that Texans are proud of?

Despite whether someone agrees with Randy Neugebauer, is anyone really impressed with this “baby killer” routine? Mr. Stupak isn’t a baby killer. Emotional outbursts rarely affect cool policy decisions. It makes a person look foolish to put it mildly, in the media and among citizens.

Shouting “Baby killer!” at Vietnam veterans didn’t exactly make people popular decades ago, either. In both cases, it has every little thing to do with knowing nothing about what you’re talking about and giving in to the dumber side of human nature. Randy Neugebauer would probably have more fans if he were a bit more honest about things. Simply asking for anti-abortion group cash would at least be additional to the point. He could have also looked into payday loans with no fax as a quick source of funding, though Mr. Neugebauer would have to pay it back.

Tiger Woods return will be at The Masters

"He's baaack!" Tiger Woods has announced he could be a part in the Masters Golf Tournament 2010, a privilege he holds as a former Augusta National champion. It was never a matter of if he would return, but of when. And considering how tightly controlled media coverage is at that elite golf event – and just how fruitless it can be for the likes of TMZ to use short term loans to try to crash the party – he won't have to field too a lot of uncomfortable questions. No, that can be for another day, when Woods feels like talking. Nevertheless, it is Tiger Woods’ return.

What would Masters golf tournament 2010 be without him?

Not much, that's what. I do not mean to belittle the achievements of:

  • Steve Stricker
  • Camilo Villegas
  • Ernie Els
  • Dustin Johnson
  • Matt Kuchar
  • Ben Crane

… or Padraig Harrington for that matter. All of these guys can play the game of golf at the highest level and have the top FedEx Cup point totals. Harrington is stalking a run at the top. (He moved up from 106th to 37th within the span of a week.) But I'm horrified that the NASCAR virus appears to be infecting the PGA Tour. Winston Cup, FedEx Cup? Coincidence? Sponsorships are necessary, of course, but let us leave out Copenhagen and advertisements for "Larry the Cable Guy" DVDs, please. Tiger Woods' return is dirty enough.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are all the soap opera we need

Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods are seen together in public … again. TMZ is going to air the Woods/Nordegren pics tonight on TV, however they aren't above teasing us with them. If what you really care about is the golf (welcome aboard), then check out Tiger Woods as The Masters Golf tournament 2010 is streamed online. The Master online might be one’s best bet at sticking towards the golf. You don't want to miss Tiger Woods' return.

Why Woods says The Masters golf tournament 2010 is his gig

"The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect," said Tiger Woods in a statement towards the media. "After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I'm ready to start my season at Augusta. The major championships have always been a special focus in my career and, as a professional, I think Augusta is where I need to be, even though it's been a when since I last played."

This could be his first tournament since the automobile crash

Whatever took location, Tiger wants to move on. He isn't waiting for vehicle loans to make things better, though. He’s content to let his clubs do the talking. But will the normally well-behaved Augusta crowd be happy to see him?

"I hope they boo him off the course," Alice Kohn of Miami said last week. "He should be booed for the very same amount of time he spent cheating on his wife. I used to love Tiger, but now I can't stand him. I nevertheless love golf. I nevertheless watch it on TV. But I won't be happy to see Tiger on the golf course. Not anymore."

Is Tiger ready to roar?

Pro golfers and golf analysts know where their bread is buttered. Commentator Johnny Miller says Woods is going to "come back strong ," a testament to both Wood's heart of a champion on the links and his previous performance after layoffs in play. Tiger is the ultimate golf perfectionist; if he didn’t intend on going out to dominate, he wouldn’t be doing it.

Players "The Big Easy" Ernie Els had it right when he talked about the master from the Masters, as Woods has won it four times. Els knows Woods "will be embraced by the players" upon his re-emergence. According to USA Today, cash talks. Since Tiger Woods debuted on the PGA Tour, total prize funds have gone from $ 65.95 million in 1996 to $ 279.8 million for this season. The Masters golf tournament 2010 is not the biggest cash prize, but it does have one of the most prestige. Crowds and advertisers both love Tiger Woods. He had a huge hand in the PGA tour becoming popular.

California Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act: The first Part

The secretary of state confirmed last night to everyone the voter initiative to legalize marijuana received around 523,531 legitimate signatures-over 433,971 were needed to get it on the November ballot. The California legalization initiative has supporters that argue pot legalization will not only save the cash-strapped California economy cash, but will bring in the instant cash of tax revenue. Quite a few of the people who don't support the bill argue that legalizing the drug will end in more crime and great health impacts. Others worry that making legal gray-market marijuana will make the quality of marijuana go down and really hurt the budding marijuana industry. Part 1 of this article covers the Regulate, Control, and Tax Cannabis Act in California and the arguments for its passage. Part 2: Arguments against Marijuana Legalization in California covers the arguments against marijuana legalization in California.

History of marijuana legalization in California.

The first law in the state criminalizing marijuana in the US was passed in California in 1913. Most other states quickly acted upon their lead. The federal law made transfer and possession of "Marihuana" illegal for all things apart from industrial and medical use by 1937.

The US Federal government put marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act of 1970 although the act was declared unconstitutional in 1969. California made medical marijuana legal with Proposition 215 in 1996, reigniting the national debate. Marijuana remains an illegal Schedule I narcotic and is considered to have "no valid medical use" on the federal level.

The California marijuana legalization measure.

The California voter initiative to legalize pot, known as the Regulate, Control, and Tax Cannabis Act lays out several limitations on the legal use of marijuana. Anyone 21 or older would be authorized to "possess, cultivate, or transport marijuana for personal use." Marijuana would be taxed and regulated through commercial sales or production by local governments in California. It would be illegal still to drive when under the influence of marijuana, have the drug on school grounds, to smoke in public, to give it to any underage persons, or to smoke while any minors are present.

The debate consisting of cost-savings for marijuana legalization

Supporters of the Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act argue the legalization of marijuana would conserve the State of California a significant amount of cash. California has been using payday cash advances on the state spending budget to cover all their costs because they’re in a huge budget deficit.

The savings estimates are anywhere from $ 156 million to $ 1 billion. Supporters claim that once the already-stretched-thin law-enforcement system stops prosecuting individuals for growing, possessing or selling marijuana, they can focus on crimes and criminals that are more violent or dangerous. Those for the act also point out the fact that few deaths in California are due to marijuana while hundreds of death each year are due to alcohol.

Taxation for cannabis legalization assertion.

The Regulate, Control, and Tax act will give the government the ability to tax marijuana as when as saving California millions of dollars in law enforcement. Those for the act estimate that $ 15 billion gray-market and black market marijuana is being sold every year in California.

Just one excise tax on the retail purchases of marijuana would bring in about $ 1.3 billion a year or perhaps more. Some counties and cities within California currently tax medical marijuana dispensaries. These city and county taxes bring in as much as $350,000 per dispensary.

The jobs argument for legalizing pot

Some areas of California, such as Humboldt County, already have a thriving marijuana tourism industry. With services from medical marijuana dispensaries to schools focused on how to grow marijuana, the area brings in several million dollars a year in tourism revenue. As pointed out by proponents, if the marijuana tourism industry grew to just one third the size of the wine industry, it would create up to 50,000 jobs. Marijuana being legalized would also make it legal to produce hemp in state which might add to the agricultural base in California.

California’s Regulate, Control, and Tax Cannabis Act is due to go on the November ballot. If you were interested in the arguments against the legalization of marijuana in California, I’d suggest you see Part 2: Arguments against Marijuana Legalization in California.

Today's IPO stars: Calix, MaxLinear, First Interstate

When a company has an first public offering, Wall Street tends to look at meticulously. Three very different inital public offerings today have gone well. Calix Networks, MaxLinear and First Interstate BancSystem have all shown better-than-expected stock earnings. Both focusing on internet infrastructure, Calix and MaxLinear are doing well since the announcement of the National Broadband Plan. One of the few banks that has shown strength within the difficult economy, First Interstate is using the IPO to create instant money for their growth.

Calix Networks creates infrastructure equipment

Calix Networks is located in California and began trading with the symbol CALX on the NASDAQ exchange today. Calyx designs and manufactures equipment that manages telephone, television, and internet fiber networks. Calix already has a large customer base, including CentryTel. Calix’s first $200 million start-up expense was funded by both private equity firms and venture capital investors. Shares of Calix are trading at about $3 a share above estimated IPO prices. The stock price of Calix is expected to continue going up as broadband infastructure receives a lot more funding.

Maxlinear produces power-saving chips

The MaxLinear IPO today also went very well. Trading on the NYSE as MXL, MaxLinear was last trading at about $18 a share. MaxLinear designs and manufactures processing chips for mobile and small-scale devices. The small chips that MaxLinear makes use less power, which helps extend battery life. Venture capital firms provided the quick payday loans that covered start-up costs for MaxLinear. MaxLinear was probably the most hotly anticipated IPO of the day and estimates were the stock would sell for $11 to $13 apiece, which they quickly surpassed. Quite a few consumer electronics, such as TVs, cell phones, and tablet PCs use MaxLinear’s chips.

First Interstate BancSystem IPO

As an antidote to the high-technology Calix and MaxLinear initial public offerings today, the NASDAQ also saw the IPO of a regional bank. First Interstate BancSystem Inc. is a regional banking system with branches in Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Early morning trading sent this bank’s stocks past $16. First Interstate is the first U.S. bank to go public since July of 2007. Trading under the symbol FIBK, First Interstate Bank was able to show an improved net interest income and total assets while several other banks were being taken over by the FDIC.

Smaller businesses are Scrambling to manage the Estate Tax

Congress is within the midst of debates over the estate tax. In the mean time, small businesses are left to hope the tax is manageable.

The small business tax

Smaller businesses are having trouble managing in the current economic climate. The recession was difficult on them and most are nevertheless looking for ways of returning to old ways of operations. The real estate tax debate is not making it easier to manage. Currently, this tax is caught up within the Senate. That makes things difficult for smaller businesses because they don't know what is going to happen in coming years. Studies are projecting that up to eight times as lots of businesses could possibly be taxed next year with the estate issue. That elevates concerns for businesses and owners wonder how they are going to cope.

The key elements from the tax

There are two things affecting the real estate tax. First, the limit on assets that are transferable to the future at tax-free status and second, the rate from the tax are both up for debate. In 2001, Congress increased the exemption from $675,000 to $3.5 million and decreased the tax rate from 55% to 45%. There is a loophole however that rescinds the tax for the coming year and causes it to revert earlier to pre-2001 rates. That rate is set at $1 million in exemptions and a tax rate of 55%. In 2009, over 5,500 estates paid death taxes, according to Tax Policy Center in Washington. Of that number, about 10% may be taxed again this year if Congress doesn't make moves to change the tax laws in time. That could put an added stress on smaller businesses that are already suffering because of the recession.

Strategies to handle the tax

If the law changes, business owners will be able to rest, but until that happens, most are taking pains to prepare for the huge expense. They are already strategizing ways to handle the issue. Some owners are taking out hefty life insurance policies. The goal is to bring enough money into the company after the owner passes away so that the remaining owners won't have to sell the company to afford the estate taxes. Another strategy is for business owners to transfer some assets to their children. There is a gift tax that has a $1 million exclusion and that means married couples can hand down $2 million to their children tax-free. Anything over $1 million per person has a gift-tax rate of 35%. Though that sounds high, it's nevertheless considerably lower than facing the estate tax.

Finally, some business owners are establishing trusts that let them pass tax-free money to heirs. This would allow business owners to deposit assets to the trust and then pay earlier the owner for a certain number of years. The assets would earn interest and eventually pass tax-free down to children named on the trust. The problem with the strategies though is that they apply to companies with millions of dollars in assets to move around. Most smaller businesses don't qualify for the options above and are left hanging on what Congress is going to do.

Managing the estate tax

Managing the estate tax is proving to become difficult. Small company owners see it as a threat to render their businesses bankrupt if they die. Though there are some ways to handle the issue, it nevertheless is causing much concern in the business world. Everyone is hanging on Congress, waiting to see what it will do to help business owners, or hinder them.

Risks Associated with Buying a Car

In case you are planning to purchase a car, it becomes imperative for you to understand all the risks that are involved with any kind of auto buying. You’ll need to consider a lot of things when buying a car.

You will encounter a lot of interesting incentives provided by the dealers in order to attract a lot additional customers. However, it is very important for you to understand if such incentives are really viable for you within the long run. Some risks that a customer faces while buying a car are listed below.

Servicing

Purchasing a car is obviously not going to be inexpensive, and therefore, you might want to maintain your vehicle for a long time to come, probably even fetch a good price if you were to sell it sometime down the line. Maintenance of a car will reflect on its actual value at any given point. A good auto company should have an adequate number of service centers in your vicinity, so that whenever you have any problems with the vehicle, you are able to get it fixed up easily. The maintenance cost should be low as well, and ideally it is the dealer who should provide you servicing facilities and even the spare parts if required.

Incorrect claims

Various auto companies use unrealistic and false claims in their product propaganda, and hence the customer should not blindly believe on the claims of the company or even the dealer. The false claims could be about mileage, power, etc. They usually provide us information of tests conducted in controlled conditions and these results aren’t true on the road. A test drive is very helpful in these cases. It will give you a correct idea of what the vehicle is, and also you need not pay attention on the claims of the manufacturer. You can choose yourself.

Free of charge Care and Warranty

Each manufacturer should provide the customer with at least some warranty lasting for a minimum period of twelve to twenty-four months. One should not be too much attention to the seller’s warranty and should ideally go for vehicles where the manufacturer provides warranty. Although, in the case of free servicing, it is just the opposite. Several companies claim to provide servicing, however they will have their own set of terms and conditions. If the dealer does not provide free servicing, then you need to completely abandon the idea of purchasing a vehicle from them.

Finance

Currently, financing is available in most auto buying deals. However, there are some risks associated with this financing.

A lot of dealers claim to provide zero interest loans but usually all such claims are false as they include various hidden costs hence customer discretion is very important. It would be wiser for you to negotiate with the dealers in order to reach the situation which is beneficial to both the involved parties.

Credibility

Purchasing a new car is about authenticity. It is always a good suggestion to purchase an auto from the dealers who have proven their credibility in the market. The dealer is a point of contact for both the manufacturers and car buyers. Therefore, you may want to do just a little research about the dealers in order to discover the ones who have proven their honesty over a certain time period.

Use this process to get details of the hotel such as prices, amenities, location and user reviews. If your goal is to be prepared better for the trip or trip, use this way. One more way of taking advantage of the internet is to search for some travel websites. You can start with your destination to travel bookings without leaving the comfort of your home. This is certainly a fantastic way should you be looking to achieve your ends.

Using a Travel Agency

Using a travel agent could be an excellent choice because they are well connected with hotel chains. Travel agents are the best to give you discounts on reservations. Benjamin Netanyahu to visit President Obama

Benjamin Netanyahu speaks at the World Economic Forum.

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to meet with President Barack Obama at the White House this evening. The meeting is closed to reporters, but most reports indicate that the talks are most likely going to be focused on the recent Israeli announcements that an East Jerusalem settlement has been approved, pending the developer's secured loans. Some politicians are also hoping that the meeting between Netanyahu and Obama will include discussions of the diplomat representing Israel being kicked out of Britain.

Netanyahu and Obama to discuss peace talks

One of the major topics on the docket for the meeting between Netanyahu and Obama will be the restarting of indirect peace talks with Israel and Palestine. Over the last few decades, the United States has mediated several peace talks between Israel and Palestine, though tensions in the region remain high. Israel, through their Prime Minister Netanyahu, has recently announced plans to allow 1,600 new settler homes in East Jerusalem. The United States, through Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has condemned the plans, and tensions between Netanyahu and Obama have sense been very high.

Netanyahu takes a stand on Jerusalem

Jersulem has long been a disputed district in the Israel-Palestine conflict. In a speech to Israel's supporters in Washington DC given before he met with Obama, Netanyahu stated that "Jerusalem is not a settlement. It's our capital." He also very carefully outlined that while the relationship between the U.S. and Israel may be strained, any attempts to break off the relationship would not work. Netanyahu has advocated on multiple occasions that the easiest path to peace between Israel and Palestine would be an "economic path" - relying on commerce and money loans to make peace. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "Benjamin Netanyahu to visit President Obama"

March 22 is World Water Day

For 100+ ways to save water, check out wateruseitwisely.com

World Water Day is an international day of observance that originated at the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED). The official theme for World Water Day this year is "Clean Water for a Healthy World" and the  focus is on raising awareness of water quality issues in a world where some 1.1 billion people lack safe drinking water.

How can you help?

Water quality issues are extremely complicated, but World Water Day is also an ideal time to start using water more wisely at home. Almost everyone can do that much without resorting to internet loans.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, dripping faucets, running toilets, and other household leaks waste one trillion gallons of water each year in the United States. For the average family, that's 10,000 gallons of water a year, enough to fill a backyard swimming pool.

Find and fix household leaks

The EPA offers helpful online advice for finding and fixing household leaks. Easily correctible leaks include leaking toilet flappers, dripping faucets, and other leaking valves. According to the EPA, repairing the simplest household leaks can lower water bills by more than 10%. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "March 22 is World Water Day"

Randy Neugebauer cries BABY KILLER over health care bill

The bespectacled and –some would say – baby face of Texas Rep. Randy Neugebauer. What makes a career politician like this flip his lid and shout "Baby killer!" at a colleague while the House is in session?

Rep. Randy Neugebauer, aka "He Who Shouts Baby Killer." (Photo: Wikipedia)

If he indeed reflects the will of his constituents, Republican Rep. Randy Neugebauer may have just become the poster baby for why Texas should go ahead and secede from the Union: to hide public officials like Randy Neugebauer from view. Neugebauer, who has since admitted to shouting "Baby killer!" before members of the House after the health care bill passed, was supposedly objecting to what he views as pro-abortion leanings in the bill. Much like South Carolina's Rep. Joe Wilson, who shouted "You lie!" at President Obama as he delivered a speech before Congress, Randy Neugebauer couldn't compose himself and be a professional, working adult. It was apparent tha! t he shouted at Rep. Bart Stupak the "baby killer!" moniker after the Michigan Democrat voiced his support for the health care bill.

Neugebauer denies having directed it specifically at Stupak

Yet Randy Neugebauer apologized to his House colleague anyway. His justification for his remarks – that the health care bill is "a baby killer" – may be his last-ditch effort to squeeze campaign dollars out of anti-abortion groups. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "Randy Neugebauer cries BABY KILLER over health care bill"

Learning to conserve

Why to save

Sometimes people don't know what the point of saving is. Sometimes it can be hard to see the big picture about saving your money. It is hard to conserve money when you don't know what to save for. You will learn how to save money.

Tip number 1

Rather than saving your cash, you should be investing it. The interest rate on savings accounts will make you actually lose value on it because of cash depreciation value. Money's worth will go down over years making getting a good interest rate so important. Even at a small interest rate such as six percent it will help you a lot if you just wait long enough.

My second tip

First thing is to save for yourself. While you are flying in an airplane you are told to secure yourself before securing anyone else. This is important because they know that if you aren't safe then you are going to become no good to anyone else. This is the same whenever you are saving cash. It is difficult to try to help someone when you haven't secured yourself. Start yourself with an emergency fun that lasts a couple of weeks. Try to save more after that. The goal is to have six months of savings in case of an emergency. Once you’ve this taken care of, make sure you have a retirement fund going. It is important to secure your children's futures as well as yours. Work on your children's college funds after you finish that. When saving cash for your child's education it is better to get a higher return. If you don't have a very high interest rate, then it could be impossible for the cash to grow for your children.

My third tip

Have your children be a part of this. Teach kids good habits of saving and have them contribute money too. I know some parents who had their children saving fifty percent of every paycheck they received. Easily will they learn to become disciplined. Kids need to learn how to have good work ethic and how to save for their own stuff. Most kids should learn how to conserve their own cash they use to do things with friends. Knowing how to conserve money can be valuable for your children later.

Suggestion number four

You have to be patient because your money won't grow immediately. Most investment accounts are only going to increase your money when it is left in there for thirty or forty years. Your retirement should be planned this way. If you can be patient, this will work great for you.

NCAA bracket 2010 update: All the experts were wrong

An interior shot of a college basketball stadium, before an NCAA Tournament basketball game. This year, even if every person in the area had filled out an NCAA bracket, the 2010 update of game results would have thrown them for a loop.

How did they do with their NCAA bracket 2010 update? They got it wrong, too. (Photo: Wikipedia)

Knowledgeable fans who filled out their NCAA bracket 2010 update for the men's basketball join the growing list of people with egg on their faces. Yes, it's been a wild, unpredictable NCAA Tournament. According to ESPN, nearly 5 million people entered the online NCAA bracket 2010 contest. After the first round of games was complete, the number of perfect brackets dwindled to a microscopic 16. That's not a sweet 16, but a lucky 16. Now that Kansas has fallen and other upsets have followed, we know just how wrong all of the experts were. Instead of reaping Vegas winnings, they're looking for the best personal loan rates.

NCAA bracket 2010 update: It's a crapshoot

It's been said by many that siding with the top seeds is a good strategy. However, in single-game elimination format, any David with a hot hand can bring down Goliath.

Kansas, the nation's number one team during the regular season and the top seed in the NCAA Tournament, faced the sling of an unlikely arm from North Iowa: Ali Farokhmanesh. His clutch bucket and free throws struck down the Jayhawks of Gath. But the team effort from North Iowa kept them in the running; the total effort should be noted most highly. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "NCAA bracket 2010 update: All the experts were wrong"

Planning a Vacation that could be Stress Free

Planning Is a Life Requirement

Anything you do in life calls for planning, whether you plan for a good education, a good job or any of the other things you ever wanted in life. Think ahead and plan in advance similarly, when you plan to take a vacation. You’ll discover that by doing so, you will be able to organize everything you need for trip. Planning is the key to having a stress free getaway. Use from the following tips, will leave you with more time to enjoy a stress free getaway.

Prepare a list

When you think about taking a escape, the very first thing you need to do is make a number of lists. Prepare a folder that has the name in the trip on the label. The folder should only be used to keep all travel plans for this trip. This should contain your flight itineraries, hotel resorts, car rental guides and all related tourist information. Any list you make must include things to do, things to purchase, or what to bring. You might want to visit people you know in the area, so don't forget for making a list and keep the information handy. You’ll get help in remaining organized by having all this information in one folder.

Plan Your Clothing

Make sure to pack your wardrobe appropriately to where you intend on going. Swim suits should be avoided for ski vacations and vice versa. Plan the activities that you intend to take part in, and pick a suitable wardrobe. Any beach vacations planned will require appropriate beach wear. You’ll have to carry your own towels, if the place you have chosen to stay cannot provide them. You cannot do without warm clothing should you be looking forward to spending some time on the slopes skiing. At the very same time, you may also have to carry proper footwear to suit your activities. Make a note of all items that you intend carrying on a checklist. The aim is to make certain that you don't forget anything.

Kids Essentials

Kids have different necessities than adults have. Let the children make their own list and pack their bags as well. Children will require assistance in selecting things they may need for air or road travel. Always make certain that you have them occupied during a journey. In all likelihood they’ll not feel the after effects from the journey due to this. Make sure they understand about the type of travel involved and prepare them for the journey.

Plan Your Approach for the Getaway

A lot of people forget to take into consideration their attitude when going on getaway. You and your family are both supposed to be tranquil on the trip that you are planning to leave on. Keep in mind that your attitude can also affect the family. Therefore, be ready to relax and let others relax as well. Give the family their due by sparing some quality time for them. Don’t let inconsequential things come between you and the happiness of your family. You’re well on your way to having a good vacation. Do just that by putting anything else aside and having fun.

Having your Pets Insured

Pets can also be a Part from the Family

Without a doubt, pets are a vital part of lots of families. Pets are a little part of our life that give joy and help us relax. An increase within the expense of pet care has been seen, which is the same as that for humans. Insurers have seen these conditions and have come out with insurance for the care of pets also. Before buying pet insurance, what are the things you need to know? The tips mentioned below should help you is you are looking at insuring your pet.

Make a Start by Getting Quotes

If you were looking at purchasing insurance for yourself, you would search for quotes from an insurer. In this case apply the same rules and look to get quotes for your pet. Quotes received from different insurers can be different. You can compare the rates offered before making a final decision.

Read the fine Print

Policies to insure pets do not differ from policies that are for property or individuals. These policies can at best be called complicated, as they carry a number of points in fine print. Not understanding these points will lead you towards financial losses. Make it a point to go through these points without fail. Rather than neglect the points at any time, you’ll better served by spending some time in reading the document.

Try and Find Reviews online

Reviews for any product can be found all over the interent. Go online and do some research for reviews. There could be several reviews about the product that you intend to choose for your pet and also you will be sure to discover them. You can rely on these reviews as these are posted by an independent user of similar products.

Have a look at the Claim Process

You are investing cash into an insurance plan in advance for your pet in order to conserve money later on. In doing this, you would want to steer clear of getting entangled in months of paperwork, if you ever have to make a claim. Make sure to ask questions about the claims process after taking a good look at the policy. Before making the investment, be assured that you know every aspect in the claims process.

Discuss it with your Veterinarian

Someone else who will know your pet as well while you do is your pets veterinarian. One thing that you do not know is the fact that your veterinarian has more knowledge about the insurance for pets than you do. Sound advice can be offered by the veterinarian about what type of policy best suits your pet. Before investing the cash, don't forget to have a word with the veterinarian.

Get your Veterinarian included in the List provided by Insurers

Insurers tend to have their own preferred veterinarians where they direct you in case of any problems with your pet. You are the one paying the money in this case and there should be no reason for you for making a change from the person you trust. Insist how the insurers add your veterinarian towards the list of preferred veterinarians. If they cannot add the name of your veterinarian to their preferred list, take you business to a destination that can accommodate your request. Keep the above points in mind and also search extensively on the internet for the best quotes. You should not rely on the word from the pet shop or your veterinarian to purchase the insurance. Better quotes than what they are able to offer will be available to you if you look around.

Just outside the White House today, openly gay Iraq veteran Lt. Dan Choi and others were arrested while marching on the White House after a Human Rights Campaign rally. No word yet if group members will be getting quick loans to bail out Lt. Dan Choi or the other arrested individuals. The group was marching on the White House in support of repealing the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy that discharges openly gay men and women from the military.

Lt. Dan Choi Arrested

Lt. Dan Choi was arrested earlier today by the United States Park Police, where he and Jim Pietrangelo were charged with failure to obey a lawful order. Both Lt. Choi and Pietrangelo are scheduled to appear in the D.C. Superior court tomorrow. Both Lt. Dan Choi and Jim Pietrangelo are openly gay - Pietrangelo has been discharged from the military under Don't Ask, Don't Tell; Lt. Choi's discharge is "pending".

Lt. Dan Choi has been outspoken against Don't Ask, Don't Tell

South Park takes on Tiger Woods tonight

South Park Pinball machine

South Park has created an empire of toilet humor. Image from Flickr.

Fourteen seasons ago, we were introduced to some foul-mouthed elementary school kids in South Park, Colorado. Since those initial videos that were some of the first viral internet hits, South Park has become an empire of mature humor for Comedy Central. Tonight at 10 p.m. central time, as the premier of season 14, South Park is going to take on the Tiger Woods scandal, complete with appearances from other "famous sex addicts." While the exact storyline is carefully guarded, I wouldn't be surprised if South Park featured celebrities taking out no credit check payday loans to visit prostitutes, and that will probably be just the first five minutes.

The controversy of South Park

South Park is known for its rough-around-the edges approach. While there is very heavy satire and social commentary in the scripts, it is usually approached with an excess of profanity and toilet humor. This approach has had the dual result of making the show very popular and very controversial.

South Park's willingness to lampoon just about any topic adds to the controversy. Comedy Central itself has only censored one South Park episode, though every show carries a heavy "for mature audiences only" rating, and a late-night time slot intended to help ensure the young ones are in bed. So consider yourself warned before you watch the clip below. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "South Park takes on Tiger Woods tonight"

What s up with greyhounds and vampires?

Grey and white Italian greyhound dog wearing blue collar with white rhinesontes licks his nose and look apprehensively up at the camera.People are thinking about Greyhounds today, and vampires are one of the many reasons why. Although vampires are widely believed to be mythological or folkloric beings who subsist by feeding on the life essence of living (or at least undead) creatures, a vampire from Florida who wants to run for president has been riding a Greyhound bus.

With just a small personal cash loan, just about anyone can ride a Greyhound bus. Not just anyone, however, can drive one. Unrelated to the Florida vampire incident, former Greyhound bus driver Bob Straight of San Jose, California, will turn 100 next week. True to form, Bob Straight isn't just anyone. The soon-to-be centenarian is also a former wing walker, radio singer, vaudevillian, bottled-water salesman and strawberry farmer.

Greyhound-riding vampires falling in love

At the risk of giving Jonathan Sharkey another dose of the attention he craves, the 45-year-old Florida resident says he wants to move to Washington, D.C., and run on the GOP ticket in 2012. More to the point, the vampire, who claims to be a direct descendant of Dracula, spent Friday on a Greyhound bus with his new fiancée, a 19-year-old girl from Ohio, who also believes she's a vampire. The two re-animated, folkloric lovebirds met online. ... click here to read the rest of the article titled "What s up with greyhounds and vampires?"

Economic Recovery and Unemployment

Experts feel that the recession is over, however the question of when businesses start hiring again remains to be unknown.

Job creation predictions

Many Americans are looking towards the day when jobs are plentiful. Since the start of the recession employers had to drastically cut their workforce to cut down expenses. Citizens were laid off, hours were cut and salaries were slashed. Nevertheless , there are signs the economy is on the rise, job creation still hasn't shown steady indications of improving and that’s concerning legislators.

Economists with the White House are predicting that in spring of 2010 businesses will commence creating permanent careers. President Obama is making job creation a main concern on his listing of things to do and attempting to encourage employers to start by hiring. There is a myriad of tax breaks coming to businesses that are aggressive with hiring and job creation with the coming 2010 tax year.

The view-point of the public

The President and White House economists know that taxpayers are most concerned with the career market. Particularly those who were hurt by layoffs and downsizing are searching for hefty signs of improvement. Legislators understand that this is a prime concern and it needs to be a priority for them with the 2010 congressional elections coming up. The first signs of good news could be the better-than projected employment record for November of 2009. For the first time in months the jobless rate declined. Lawrence Summers, director of White House National Economic Council said, "I believe that, as do most professional forecasters, by spring, employment growth will start to be turning positive."

November was a good month for analysts who are closely watching employment. Not only did the jobless rate decrease, but the pace of job losses slowed down also. It showed an essential improvement from numbers analyzed earlier this year.

Before Americans rejoice

Americans are cautioned, however, to not read the immediate signs as indicators that change can happen quickly. In fact, most economists are projecting tangible changes to be visible no sooner than mid-2010. Christina Romer, chairwoman of the White House Council of Economic Advisors, said, "There could be job increases as soon as the first quarter of 2010, but even if payrolls begin to grow, the unemployment rate could go up and down again, before it stabilizes." She added, "The numbers certainly will bounce around. I would anticipate some bumps in the road as we go ahead."

President Obama's call to banks

There is a problem for the President concerning jobs. Democrats are pressuring hard for Congress to back an aggressive job-creation program that would improve infrastructure spending and send more support to cities and states. Summers said, "For next year or two, priority number one-certainly this year-priority number one has to be job creation." President Obama met with top executives from 12 US banks to go over regulatory reform proposals and how to increase lending to small business owners. His objective would be to empower businesses with funding so they in turn, can begin to create permanent full-time job positions. The President said, "(Banks) have obligations to the country to reactivate lending after gaining from the government's $700 billion bailout of the financial industry."

What is to come for employment

No one knows how quickly businesses will commence hiring, or whether the tax initiatives will work. Although most analysts believe the recession has ended, there’s still a question of how healthy small businesses are and if they are able to handle any risk of strain of new employees yet. Despite the difficulties, they’re going to have to create solutions. Romer added, "What the President has always said, I firmly believe: you are not recovered until all those people that want to work are back to work."

The new pick for head of TSA is Robert Harding

Robert A. Harding is a retired Army General and former head of a security company, and is the potential pick for head of the Transportation Security Administration, an agency under plenty of heat as of late. With extensive security experience and 33 years in the Army, Robert A. Harding is well-positioned to be confirmed by the senate in less time than it takes to get no credit check personal loans.

General Robert Harding's Army experience

Robert A. Harding was in the service of the U.S. Army for 33 years. Harding was a "senior human intelligence officer" in the Defense Intelligence Agency, the military component of the U.S. intelligence community – much like the CIA, but with a concentration on military intelligence. Prior to his DIA service, Robert Harding was the Director of Intelligence in the Southern Command of the Army. In this post, Robert A. Harding was responsible for the military intelligence covering Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. In this position, he was in charge of planning and executing all intelligence operations in this area, which most likely included dealing with getting armed forces loans for his agents when necessary.

Robert A. Harding’s Decorations in Military Service

From Executive Gov, "Harding's military awards and decorations include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Army Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Medal, the Legion of Merit with three oak leaf clusters, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and the Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters." With such an extensive military record, Harding is well-positioned to be easily confirmed by the Senate.

Harding Security Associates

After leaving the military in 2001, Robert A. Harding launched Harding Security Associates in 2003. Harding Security Associates is a private contractor and consulting firm that, according to their website, provide "security specialists, intelligence analysts, counterintelligence professionals, forensic technicians and senior program advisors" to U.S. Government agencies. Robert Harding himself sold Harding Security Associates in 2009.

Harding nominated to head the Transportation Security Administration

Robert A. Harding was not Obama’s original pick. The original choice was Erroll Southers, an airport police official at LAX. The nomination was stymied by Republicans. This block was because of the fear Southers would create a screener's union, which would increase costs for the government. Robert Harding will most likely be fairly easily confirmed by the Senate.

TSA not without controversy

The Travel Security Administration began in 2001, which Robert A. Harding is set to take over is not without controversy. The screening of commercial airline passengers and luggage is a large security, intelligence, and public relations task. Many airline passengers are becoming increasingly frustrated with the long wait times and strict regulations they must comply with. Full-body scanners are also currently in testing at some TSA station, which is raising very serious privacy concerns. Robert A. Harding will have to not only head up the security of the nation's airports, he will also have to balance that with the rising discontent and frustration of air passengers. It is a hard dollar, but President Obama believes Robert A. Harding is up to doing some credit repair for the agency.

Google Maps for Bicyclists

Some cyclists love big hills, but if you don't, check out Google Maps

Yesterday, Google announced that it has added biking directions to Google Maps for the United States. Whether you ride for exercise, to run errands, to commute to work, or just for fun, Google Maps can now make your life little easier, a little more scenic, and even a little safer.  No matter why you ride a bike, chances are you'll appreciate this: Google Maps bicycling directions will help you avoid hilly terrain whenever possible.

Google Maps now includes a "bicycling" layer showing bike lanes, bike-friendly roads, and bike trails. The directions feature of Google Maps, which previously included walking and public transit as well as automobile driving, now provides detailed routing directions for bicycling, too. When you're strapped for cash and out of gas, you can pull up Google Maps, print out directions, hop on a bike, follow the best possible route to any number of payday lenders, and fill out a quick personal loan application.

It's as easy as riding a bike
