My friends five year old daughter sucks her thumb all the time! She's been doing it since the day she was born. Actually, she's been sucking her thumb since before she was born, they even have the pictures. Yes, they have ultrasound pictures of her sucking her thumb. It is so very dreadfully annoying. I feel as if it's going to drive me insane! All I hear all day long is suck, suck, and suck. It's starting to affect her teeth. If she doesn't stop soon they are going to have to do something dramatic to get her to stop, either that or she is going to need braces.
